DRESS FOR SUCCESS
The mission of Dress for Success Indianapolis is to empower women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire and the development tools to help women thrive in work and in life. The Professional Women’s Group (PWG) is an ongoing program offered to help employed women develop skills and knowledge that can propel them to a sustainable career. Any woman that is currently employed is eligible to attend monthly Zoom meetings which feature speakers on a wide range of professional and personal development topics.
THE GENESIS PROCESS
Genesis provides the knowledge, skills, and practical tools necessary for lasting change through a 1-on-1 relapse prevention curriculum and a 6-month small group experience. If someone is willing to change, The Genesis Process will make them able. Genesis integrates Biblical principles for personal change, proven relapse prevention techniques, cognitive therapy, and the latest neurochemistry research to comprehensively address, heal, and transform people damaged by self-destructive thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. The Process starts with identifying and working through underlying issues that drive compulsive and addictive behaviors. It pinpoints and challenges faulty belief systems and replaces them with new, healthy ways of thinking and living. Participants learn to track, measure, and short-circuit relapse patterns, creating a personal recovery maintenance plan with vital ongoing support and accountability. The Genesis Process is a powerful experience that brings tangible hope to anyone who has dreamed of finding freedom from the bondage of self-destructive behaviors.
Riley Days
Walking in the Riley Days Parade gave us the unique opportunity to engage with our community while promoting Fashion and Flowers Fashion Show. We passed out flowers, seeds, and candy to onlookers. Our goal was to promote ticket sales and more importantly, get plugged in with our Greenfield Community.

Meet the Team
We are a team of local business owners creating an impactful event to promote the State Street business strip center and other local businesses in Greenfield Indiana as well as raise funds for 501C recovery and support programs. This fundraising event came about after an interview between Rachael, owner of The Branded Exchange and LaManda Dorval of Pocket of Seeds and Jay’s Facilities Services on one of Rachel’s social media interview platforms called Spreading the Good News. After the two got together, their wheels began to turn on how to promote the local businesses in this area and spread more Good News of hope and restoration for those who might be broken by addiction, abuse, and negative effects of society. Chris Reading, a regular customer of The Branded Exchange walked in a few weeks later and begin to share her vision of helping the community with successful relapse recovery Genesis…you could just say…our steps were ordered to make such a positive impact on the Greenfield community.
